Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of eatsleeprave.app and related services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Latinum Holdings LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“Latinum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

eatsleeprave is an electronic dance music event discovery platform. We aggregate and present event listings, maps, festival pages, community features, and links to third-party ticket sellers, merchandise partners, and hotel booking services. We are a discovery and referral layer — we are not the event promoter, venue, or ticket seller unless explicitly stated on a specific page.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Event listings and accuracy

Event details — dates, times, venues, lineups, prices, and age restrictions — come from promoters, venues, ticketing partners, and public sources. We work to keep listings current, but information can change or be incomplete. Always confirm date, time, venue, and ticket terms with the official event or ticket provider before you travel or purchase. We do not guarantee that any listing is error-free, complete, or that an event will occur as described.

Check-ins and points

Check-in and points features are offered for entertainment and community engagement. Points have no cash value unless we explicitly say otherwise in a separate promotion. We may adjust, reset, or discontinue points rules, seasons, or rewards at any time. Attempts to game check-ins or the points system (including spoofed location) may result in forfeiture of points or account suspension.

Third-party links, tickets, and affiliate relationships

Many links on the Service — especially ticket, merch, gear, and hotel buttons — take you to third-party merchants through our redirect endpoint (api.eatsleeprave.app/v1/go/...). Those merchants set their own prices, terms, refund policies, and fulfillment. Your purchase or booking contract is with the merchant, not with Latinum.

Affiliate disclosure: Latinum may earn a commission or other compensation when you click certain outbound links and complete a qualifying purchase or booking on a partner site. This does not change the price you pay on the partner site. Commissions help fund the Service. We aim to recommend useful options, but affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a particular offer is the best available for you.

Outbound links may be marked with rel="sponsored" or similar attributes for transparency to users and crawlers.

User content and community features

If you post content in crews or other community areas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You represent that you have the rights to post the content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably find harmful.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Scrape or bulk-download listings in violation of our crawler policy or robots.txt.
• Attempt to bypass security, abuse check-in verification, or manipulate points.
• Automate clicks on commercial redirect links to generate false referral traffic.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt the Service except where prohibited by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Latinum or its licensors. Event names, artist names, and venue trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use is for informational and referral purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATINUM AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY MERCHANT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latinum from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or for operational reasons.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
