Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account data — if you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and optional profile details you choose to add.
• Community content — messages, crew posts, checklists, and other content you submit through crew features.
• Support correspondence — information you send when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

• Session and authentication cookies — we use httpOnly cookies to keep you signed in and to assign an anonymous browser identifier for features that work without an account (for example, saving likes). You can clear cookies in your browser settings; doing so may sign you out.
• Check-in location — when you check in at an event, we receive the GPS coordinates your device submits so we can verify you are at the venue. We do not use background location tracking.
• Click and referral data — when you follow ticket, merch, or hotel links, we record the click through our redirect service before sending you to the partner site. This helps us attribute affiliate commissions and understand which listings are useful. Partners may set their own cookies when you arrive on their site.
• Server logs — our hosting infrastructure may log IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamps for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

Information we do not collect

We do not currently run third-party advertising pixels or sell a separate analytics product on the public site. We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers — purchases happen on partner merchant sites.

How we use information

• Operate the site, including event listings, maps, check-ins, points, and crews.
• Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Attribute outbound affiliate and partner referrals.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Improve listings, search, and product features.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:

• With service providers who host infrastructure, email, or search on our behalf, under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• With affiliate and ticketing partners when you click an outbound commercial link — they receive standard referral parameters needed to complete a purchase or booking on their site.
• For legal reasons if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• Publicly, when you choose to make profile or crew content visible to other users.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in and core functionality. Partner sites you reach through our links may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Server logs are kept for a limited period appropriate for security and operations.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, subject to exceptions. eatsleeprave is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
